Poor Experience
Upon arrival room was not cleaned, there were stains on the comforter, the couch and dried food stains on the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the body wash dispensers had not been replenished. The hallway smelled of marijuana, and there was no complimentary water for guests. When I went downstairs there was no water either only Diet Coke and no restock of snacks. Overall a very disappointing stay and experience, not what I’m used to by this hotel brand and especially in such a location with high traffic, the service could have been better. There was also no complimentary WiFi or parking for paying guests.

Our reservation was for a family of 6 and when we checked into our room there was only one towel and no bed sheets for the sofa bed. Upon contacting the front desk they said it would be sent up to us that night and it never happened. I was able to only get sheets for the sofa bed which was stained and disgusting. The next day I spoke with front desk twice in the morning about the towels and the girl assured me that it would be sent up and if not it would be in our room when we returned. We got back—nothing. I had to go downstairs speak to a manager just to get some towels so my family could take a shower. Not to mention the hallways reaked of marijuana. The room next door was having a loud party. Horrible experience. Would never stay here again. It’s a shame to because location seems nice.

My check in was at 3 I did not get my room until almost 5pm , the rooms were not clean carpets with stains bathrooms with rust stains. I felt bad for the team because they were very Pleasant and tried their best.

My family and I stayed here for a mini vacation. The first thing we noticed, there were no clear signs where the elevators were located in the parking garage. The room was clean but had a little wear and tear to it. There was only one trash can which we thought was a little strange being that it was a two room suite, so our trash piled up. The next issue was there wasn't any bedding for the pullout bed. Had to go to the front desk to receive bedding, but no pillows were available for some reason. So, my husband and I had to give up two of our tiny pillows, our pillows were twin size even though we had a king bed. The next morning we went down to breakfast. Lots of people standing around waiting for food to be brought out. Several people who had been staying said it had been like this everydayof their stay. It proved to be like this for the entirety of our stay as well. One morning I asked an employee about more food being brought out and was told no because breakfast was ending in twenty minutes, mind you the majority of the food was gone and there was a room full of people looking for food. Another issue was with receiving towels, housekeeping didn't have any. We once again had to go to the front desk to attain something. Front desk said all the towels were being dried and we would receive them later, which didn't make sense that no towels were available. All in all, the stay was ok but definitely didn't feel like we were staying at an Embassy Suite.

Great location. Parking gate wasn’t working and had to awkwardly back out and turn around. Car charger worked well although and Escalade was parked in the EV spot. Room never got cleaned while we were there for 2 nights. Dog barking in room next door. When we asked to move rooms we were told they were fully booked.

It doesn't look like typical Embassy suits. Layout is different and the doors in the rooms are all barn doors??? That means, there is NO LOCKs including the bathroom. I was traveling with my kids and my boy friend and we felt like we have no privacy. Seriously? Bathroom has no lock?? I booked the room for 4 people, but there was only 2 towels.The receptionist was not there all the time, so requesting something was frustrating. I called several times and waited in the front desk for 20 min to be told they didn't have enough towels. So we just shared the towels. Bar tender gave me double shot during the manager's reception. When I tried to get a second drink, the bar tender refused it, because i already got 2 shots. WHAT?? Then I remembered she said 'I am giving you a double shot so I don't have to do it again' She wasn't asking. She basically told me it was double shots while she was making my drink. lol Breakfast was under staffed and food ran out often. We had to constantly wait for food and coffee to be refilled. I like staying in Embassy Suites, because I like thier service and room layout, but I probably won't stay in this location ever again. I was traveling during the holiday so hopefully the service was bad because they were under staffed that day.
