The hotel room was magnificent. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel and property. The only issues we had was our room service breakfast order that was hung on the door knob the night before was collected but never delivered. But they delivered our breakfast within 30 minutes after I called them. The staff was very sincere and apologetic. The breakfast buffet wasn’t that great and the milk was spoiled.

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting my daughter. It is a hidden gem tucked away from busy traffic. I love having the parking deck. The entire facility is super clean, as was my room & bathroom. All staff encountered were courteous, kind & helpful from the front desk to the dining room staff during our breakfast. And the beds are at the top of my list. My mother-in-law was with me during this visit, and I honestly think we both slept better in these beds than we do our own at home.

Coffee downstairs is absolutely terrible. Other than that it was great stay. Great staff. Close to hospital. Close to food. Reasonable price compared to similar options. Traffic is terrible.
