This was THE WORST experience ever made my booking Thru Expedia , that night , Showed up 30 mins later , UNABLE TO CHECK in completely , Called Expedia back they say they Have to Still charge me , and can't put me in another room. even tho they are not able to contact any one at this property to assist with this check in . SO me and my kids basically had to stay in the car for the night .. THANKS

A few of the staff member were quite courteous and wonderful There was no continental breakfast. The elevator was broken. I was not very happy with my stay. Ed there years ago and it was nice. I'm not sure what's happened. I'm sorry to leave this. I felt it was my duty to let the public know.
