I Didn't like being charged an additional parking fee just to park on their lot. Then, the hotel was under great construction, and the lower floors smelled like it and were horrible. It was not as I had been led to believe and, therefore, not the stay I envisioned. The room had a smell to it. Should tell customers you are in the middle of an update and you may or may not enjoy your stay.

I arrived around 930pm and the front desk person was nice and friendly. I called from my hotel room because the TV didn't work. I called and they said they'd send someone over. No one came. I left early in the morning to the ATL and realized I left my jacket in the room. I called three times and they said they'd call back and I haven't heard from anyone since. I tried calling the rental car place too, and haven't heard from anyone either.

Everything was wonderful. It was very convenient of how close it was to the airport and everyone on the front desk was very helpful and fast. My only complaint would be during our stay we had seen three roaches in our room

The property was close to the airport. It would have been nice if they told us they were going to charge for parking. It was never mentioned when we were checking in to the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable enough and served its purpose of providing a good night sleep with breakfast provided that was close to the airport so we catch an early flight.
