This property was clean and inviting with cordial staff. The beds and pillows could benefit with an upgrade. We had the room with two queen beds and they were hard and uncomfortable. Feather pillows was provided but could benefit with better pillows. The intent of a hotel room is for travellers to get sleep which was hard to achieve.

All guest reception desk staff were calmingly helpful and compassionate. Recommendations for a spa and a shopping mall were on point. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, and had good lighting. The cleaning crew were not only diligent but remained cheerful even during the worst of the Global IT travel crisis. Restaurant service was impeccable and encouraged great family/social atmosphere Shout out to Micah who served us with grace competence and a genuinely friendliness, and to the chef. Gratitude and light.

After a long day of flying delays, we checked in at 3am. The girl charged us for a room upgrade that we did not ask for or receive. She said it was for incidentals which it was not. We finally got that reversed. People were hanging the hotel who weren’t staying there. The bathroom was gross. The floors and toilet were not clean. Will not stay again.

Ok the first receptionist (younger lady; who was scheduled to get off at 10pm was phenomenal) the receptionist that came on board at 10pm to relive her (older lady with a short natural cut dyed platinum blond/grey) was absolutely worth less. I called down to let the front desk because my toilet won’t flush and while the 1st receptionist was handling another customer this 2nd lady only says well I am sorry but there are no more rooms, I said well how are we supposed to stay in a hotel room with not working toilet and she walked into the back office - she did absolutely nothing to help. The first receptionist quickly handled my issue and gave us a new room. This lady was very helpful and should be groomed for greater responsibility. The 2nd receptionist should NEVER interface with customers and would be better suited behind a housekeeping cart or in the laundry room
