Prewedding hotel stay
A few maintenance items needed-as we're having wedding guests use this hotel in May; recommend doing maintenance on lifestyle bike and one of the treadmills; recommend patching wave graphics in the elevators; recommend (and they may have already)- bathroom by lobby, sink in ladies room did not work. Staff was friendly and it's a good location.

Overpriced
Staff was unhelpful and stingy. Text customer service system doesn’t work well. This property uses every possible opportunity to upcharge you for things you’d assume are free. Walls are thin and the front desk worker laughed when I asked if they had earplugs up front.

Room smelled like urine and everything was booked so had to stay in it, bathroom sink was clogged, room was overall dirty with a lot of dust and areas you rather not even touch the the smell of urine was definitely the worse. Wasted a bottle of perfume through the night. Staff wasn’t very friendly

The property itself was nice however, the highlight to the stay was the staff! I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that checked us in, so nice and respectful.
