We were given a conference room without couch which is what our reservation said. I was surprised to learn this facility doesn't leave bags in the trash cans. I, myself, like to leave a clean room. The bathtub should have soap, shampoo, etc like your showers. They were bolted to the wall.

Perfect stay
We stayed at this property prior to a medical procedure to save us the drive in the early morning and running the risk of getting caught in traffic. Had to be at hospital at 6:30 in the morning. We had a very comfortable stay. The property is clean, quiet, comfortable and in the perfect location for our need. Only five to ten minuted, depending on traffic, from Northside Hospital. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in hospital for surgery, so we stayed at the Hilton. Bad call on my part. My wife enterrd the only functional elevator and it broke between floors. She had to wait for FD to get her out, about an hour. She never got a call from the front desk to see if she was ok. I find this unacceptable 😤!!!!!!
