My overall stay was very nice , the breakfast was ok though they could have offer more but the gym room was terrible. Old machine making noise while using , couldn’t even use it for 10 min. That gym room need a serous update.

When we got there they said the room was already cancelled and fully charged for a no show. It was still an open booking on my side in our app. Apparently it booked for the previous night when we had just checked in at our first hotel in Atlanta… why they didn’t call us or anything is crazy. Experian customer service tried contacting them to refund us as well but no luck due to their hotel policy. Non refundable. But a lesson learned for booking at 10pm after driving all day lmao. We wouldn’t have cared about it if the service over the phone trying to figure out what had happened and how we may have made this mistake wasn’t so terrible. Oh well.

Everything was great! The convenience to Cumberland mall, the Battery, and Truist park is perfect. Having a shuttle to and from the Braves’ game is icing on the cake

Shuttle Service Needs Improvement
Hotel was attractive….clean, updated and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very nice. However, the main reason we booked a room here was for the shuttle to and from Truist Park. The trip to the game was fine because people were going at different times but trying to ride back after the game was a disaster. We stood in the drizzly rain for 20 mins before we saw the shuttle for the first time and then only a third of the folks waiting were able to get aboard. Fortunately there were people who knew the way back walking. So we were able to follow them. I suggest if you are going to offer this service, you might consider utilizing two vehicles

Expensive price ($300 ) for a cheap hotel. Only reason we chose to make our reservations here was the relatively close walk to the Braves Stadium. Lobby was very nice. Room was average at best. I was given a handicapped room, tv remote was broken, no hot water and shower drain backed up into the bathroom.

The front desk employees were beyond exceptional!!! They answered all questions an helped with all the needs. The only recommendation i would make is the communication between housekeeping and guest. The housekeeper did not understand english which made it very difficult to get towels an wash cloths. I understand everyone is short-staffed but having someone who speaks english accompany them if this is a barrier would be a huge help. Other than that everything's was Wonderful and will definitely stay here again an recommend in the future.
