The Holiday Inn is in a nice location and some aspects of the hotel were very good. The room overall was quite good and clean. The halls and corridors of the hotel were not always very. clean, also there didn’t appear to be any heat in the hallways even up on the 7th floor and not near doors. The place was a big icebox. The rooms on the other hand, were very nice and warm. The shower had tons of hot water and good water pressure, but the shower could be updated. Also, the breakfast was quite good compared to what most hotels offer these days. They had a lot of variety, but the dining area to eat that breakfast was quite limited, and meant that you had to share tables with other guests. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Great location in a nice area. Front desk employees were friendly and quick. The bed at this hotel EXCELLENT!! Seriously really comfortable. Will be staying here again.

Unbelievable
Computer was out, couldn’t check in or get room key. Waited over an hour for maint to bring the only master key. My wife and maintenance went to our “assigned” room which was already occupied by a half dressed man who easily could have shot her as there was no knock on the door, maint just barged in. Didn’t get keys till the next day. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and the hotel had no idea what rooms were occupied. Terrible experience and we would like to be compensated
