This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was great both times. It was within walking distance to the aquarium and so many restaurant options. The pool was heated, room was great!

Staff extremely friendly. Front desk people were amazing. Really close walking to Mercedes stadium, Coca-Cola and aquarium. Not much for hot water in the shower. But everything else was great.

When we arrived the elevators were down. I have a handicap and was told that I have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. I told the that I would have to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs and it took way over 30 minutes. In the bathroom you could hear water running all night.

Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean and they helped us to have a joining rooms. Beds were very firm couldn’t get comfortable difficulty sleeping. Air condition sounded like a street cleaner in our room. We only stayed for one night.

I was sold on the 9 rating this location had however this was more like 7/10. The location is very close to the aquarium and Coca-Cola factory however there is nothing to do around there. The closest dining options are 2 breakfast/brunch locations down the street. There are no Walgreens, cvs, or supermarket around. The only market near by looked run down and unsafe. As far as room service, we got fresh towels everyday a but they did forget one day to do our beds. They stated they have food at the bar, however the kitchen was closed at 7 pm on a Friday night. Picture look better than in person. Not impressed.
