I liked it was in a nice, and quiet area. Convenient to the freeway and, walking distance to shops and eating. Other shops and eating in a short driving distance. What i didnt like is the rooms are kinda dated.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. The overall appearance of the hotel started the being comfortable. It was very affordable, clean and pleasant to the eye. I will definitely use Hyatt again and will recommend it to anyone.

My room was dusty. Dust on the alarm clock, tissue box, tv. There was string on the floors were it appeared that they did not vacuum. My room was across from the main office. The employees were laughing and talking in the hallway at full volume at 3am. When I checked in as a single woman there was a table of 4 men with a pack of beer that they were well into. The woman announced my room location.

Find a different place to stay not worth the money
The room is nice. Checked in and was told breakfast was from 7-10. Went down at 915 to find no breakfast except for crumbs, no coffee, asked about more food and was told breakfast ends at 9:30. Several of us stated the site says 10 and she proceeded to tell us she didn’t care what it said breakfast is over at 9:30. Very unpleasant attitudes at the front desk. Later inquired about the shuttle service since we were going to a concert only to be informed that no one was working that could drive the shuttle. So I stated basically the website is a lie and she pretty much said yep it sure is. Will never stay at another Hyatt Place again!

My husband and I have been staying at this particular Hyatt for 15 years and this last visit was so disappointing. The toilet was shut off and then after flushing it would leak water everywhere. It was too late at night to change rooms. They must have known that the toilet was leaking because they had the water shut off to the toilet when we got there. We told the lady at the front desk. She didn’t seem real surprised. Also, free breakfast is supposed to go to 10:00 am and my husband got downstairs at 9:30 and they had shut it down. Not going back unfortunately 😞

Room smelled of old tennis shoes. The a/c has a regulator that controls the air no matter how cold or fast you want the air to come out!!! No comp coffee in the lobby just a very small put her of water and have to ask for a cup! The GM of this property parks her Porsche car in the disabled space like she is entitled because she is a manager!! B

Once I arrived at the property, my room was not ready. My bed had no bedding and the room dirty STILL. To make matter worst, there was a kid running up and down the hallway crying. I let the staff know & asked if i could move, they were not helpful. Please save your money and go somewhere you wont leave feeling ripped off. Huge waste of money and a disrespect to the Hyatt name.

The hotel room was spacious enough but not cleaned properly saw debris on carpet and needs to be renovated. Carpet smelled and looked very old and dirty. No body lotion was provided. All furniture had dust on it. Breakfast was disaster. They advertise free and fresh breakfast but by 8:30 they were out of fruits , bread, bars, milk and almost everything. I couldn’t have my coffee and my kids couldn’t have their milk cereal. Everyone was so frustrated in the morning. Not worth the price at all.wouldn’t recommend.

False advertising .hotel look not all up to date. When u walk inside lobby trash can full garages everywhere on floor.. people work front desk not professional at all.. when u walk in room you can smell the carpet wet smell. room look so out date then pictures.you can see carpet get alot stank .. is just look bad .. i never stay there again..
