My stay was excellent, the rooms were nice and clean. They were able to accommodate us having my family’s room next to each other. The Staff is very professional and very kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. I really enjoyed a safe place for my family. Will definitely be back. 😊

Soaking carpet

Though the room was spacious, the carpet next to the window was soaking wet when we arrived (we arrived at night and assumed a cleaning solution was applied). The next morning, the carpet was just as wet and we reported the issue to the front desk. Upon returning to the room later in the day, the carpet remained soaking wet. The staff didn’t seem to care they have a leak. Also, housekeeping didn’t come after the first night. All in all, not a great experience.

Great stay

Check in was rough because of elevator and parking garage but otherwise we had a great stay. The hotel was clean, updated and quiet with a lot of space. The beds and pillows were comfy and they served a nice breakfast with a good variety of food. This will definitely be our go to hotel in Atlanta.

Loosing its quality

We have stayed many times here but it seems to be loosing its quality. My room was given away by the time I got to the hotel even though I checked in online and I didn’t get the king bed I reserved. Also, the breakfast used to be better with more variety day to day. Don’t know if I would stay again…

Please repair the parking ramp elevator

Parking could have less difficult. The elevator in the parking ramp nearest the Hyatt wasn’t working, so my luggage had to be carried up and down stairs. I’m fit, but what about older folks?
