It is always great to stay in this facility, which is conveniently located near downtown, midtown, and uptown. The shower was a little dirty in the corner. But still will choose them over other properties in the same area.

You can do better elsewhere.
Arrived early, about 1pm. Clerk wanted an early check-in fee, but also first said a room was ready, then said it wasnt. I refused, Checked in after 3, different clerk, nicer, more efficient. Room had a chemical-like odor which I thought was from cleaning. It wasn't and it never abated. Didn't realize the problem until too late for us to move. At the lobby veeakfast, there were bread products, waffle maker, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, but no forks. The only cold cereal available was Fruit loops. Eggs and sausage were marginal at best. Coffee was ok.

the most mortifying, awful embarrassing experience of my life! The staff is ignorant on the educated and has no idea how to deal with people with special needs or take accountability when They messed up. I would keep going into detail about how terrible this experiences, but I really really don’t want to relive it right now. I will just say, things are not always what they appear and if somebody doesn’t come across as “normal “maybe they’re autistic or going through a Parkinson’s episode, that’s no reason to call the cops and get them kicked out of your hotel. The cops came and apologized profusely, but they couldn’t do anything about the fact that they had removed me from the hotel already with no other hotel reservations and not enough money to get a hotel for somewhere else because I wouldn’t get the refund from Hotels.com for another several weeks. It was so terrifying devastating embarrassing, awful , I still have PTSD from that. It was the hottest time of the year in the humid hundred degree sun. This a ultimately end up putting me in the hospital

The top of the toilet was covered in some kind of brown substance that I don't even want to guess what it was. Breakfast was advertised from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, at 7:15 PM. Breakfast was still not prepared. We stayed there for a medical appointment in Emery University for my father, he is a diabetic and needed to eat and became very ill because he was not able to get breakfast. The paint on the ceiling was peeling off and the wall cleanliness was also questionable.

You Get What You Pay For!
The best thing about this hotel would be the convenience of the location and price compared to other hotels in the area. The service was average and it wasn’t the most clean. My room floor would squeak consistently and I noticed a stain on side of bed sheet. They did change once I contacted the front desk to complain however, I think that it added even more displeasure to my experience.
