Waited 10 minutes to check in because the front desk agent was no where to be found, room came with 2 small pillows for a king sized bed, no trash cans or phone. Room service kept slamming door next to my room for about 2 hours

This hotel is dirty.
The hotel was very dirty. It wasn’t “cheap motel” bad, however the sheets were not clean, the ironing board had tons of stains, the tub was DISGUSTING. It was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had.

Nice hotel
This is a decent hotel in a convent location. My room was near the elevator so it was a little noisy with hotel traffic. Other than that I don't have any complaints.

One of the reasons I booked here was because their information indicated they had a shuttle service. Apparently they discontinued it. Which is unfortunate because I had to Uber to the train station or walk quite a distance to catch a bus. Mattress had no pad on it and had visible stains showing through the thin sheet. Not horrible, but not great either.
