Comfortable room, Housekeepers need more training.
The bed was not made properly. The top sheet was on top of the comforter instead of the other way around. I also shared the bed with someone else’s hair. Housekeeping staff needs to be properly trained. The positive, the room was very spacious. The front desk staff was great.

Hotel is dated
Rooms are very dated. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Bathroom is ok. There is coffee machine but no supplies. Small shampoo and very small bar soap, no other toiletries. Fond small ant like bugs in the bathroom.

Bed was extra comfy...room was very clean! Publix and other stores and restaurants in walking distance. The only problem that I had was the $175 room deposit thay they charge your credit card which is not refundable for 5 to 10 business days.

The staff was the best! The room was very clean and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The elevator inspection was overdue and it sounded like it would stop mid move at times. We were on the 5th floor so that was concerning considering all the stuff me and my 3 kids had to haul. I prayed the entire stay that it wouldn't break down. It didn't!

Truly Poor Experience at La Quinta
Maxine at Front Desk was Kind and friendly. However that was Only Enjoyable experience here. Rooms had musty smell. Had My shaver and $50 in Gift items STOLEN out of my room. Poor and Messy display of Breakfast. Booked 4 day stay but went to another hotel after 3 days because i couldn't take the smell of the room any longer even after buying 2 air wicks air fresheners. Cleaners didn't refresh face and hand towels regularly as I saw a spot on the hand towel that was there previous day. Though I didn't stay the 4 day as i went to the Hotel next door I came back to do a final inspection of the room at 9:15 am and the housekeepers were already cleaning my room before checkout. Again items were missing from my room. Small items purchased for my Granddaughter as visiting her was the purpose of this trip. Extremely disappointed in the whole La Quinta experience with the Exception of Maxine.
