I've never stayed in such a gross hotel!! We almost just said forget it & drove the 6 hours home!! Looked decent on the outside, but after checking in, in the little room, & opening the door to the room, I wanted to leave!! Everything was dirty! Burns everywhere!! Gross Gross GROSS!!
My stay was good. My room had the essentials and the location was perfect! So many shopping and dining options to choose from. I will stay there again!
The person behind the desk was unbelievably rude. The room smelled horrible and was beyond dirty.

Dirty room, ceiling cracking, lots of weekly rentals,police stayed in parking lot, bathroom filthy!!! I stay at red roof everywhere I go, worst stay yet, never staying at red roof again!!!
I honestly felt like I was a second-class citizen at Red Roof Inn. They have a nice lobby there but we have to enter in the back of the lobby and be serviced behind a glass window as if we are at a gas station. It was extremely difficult to understand anything that the front desk attendant was saying (whom we had to wait for). When I placed my reservation, I requested for a non-smoking room and was given a room that smelled like smoke. Even worse, both of the beds had cigarette burn marks all over the covers and on the sheets. The TV was not operational at all. The sink and bathtub had cracks. Since we had to leave for a performance at the game we left. We also had nonrefundable rooms so we could not just request for a different room and I was already uncomfortable with the front desk staff. I will NOT be going there again.
Dirty, old, smelly. Room was no smoking but had several cigarette burns on the bedspread. Water in floor from air conditioner. The room smelled like weed and mildew. Parking lot has trash all over and vehicles that looked like someone was living out of them. Will not be back or recommend.
Booked online got to property only to be told they didn’t have a vacancy. I asked about my refund. Was very rude, didn’t even ask me my name to ensure a refund. Very sketchy.
Another gentleman was in front of me asking if there was a microwave on the property and was told no. Lady was hanging outside the front door and looked as if she had been kicked out of her room.
