Adequate property, extremely poor welcome. My review was rejected 2 times because I complained about being given wrong directions by the hotel. Let’s hope this one goes through! Before you come to the hotel, Marriott will send you a long letter warning you about vaping! Weird. Very unwelcoming. Lots of homeless people wandering around this property. I gave $20 to one of them. The valets are great.

A great option for the low price. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed is comfortable, shower has great water pressure, towels are soft and the area is quiet. The staff is friendly & helpful and the property is walkable to State Farm Arena and Millennium Park. There are 2 entrances on either side of the building and the Peachtree side has stairs so avoid that side if you have large luggage or mobility limitations. Starbucks Dunkin are very close.

The hotel was decent. It’s a historical building. It was nice inside, there are just a lot of homeless people outside of the building and it smelt like urine.

Hotel was great an old historic building renovated. The area was convenient but Valet parking will not accept pickups so that was a hassle and cost a lot of time and money finding parking accomodations.
