Hard to distinguish where to check in at when arriving to the hotel due to check is combined with bar/restaurant area. Really need to put hotel check in separate from the area that it is. It’s too loud and if you have questions you cannot really hear in that area. Other than that, this place is awesome!

This hotel is a whole VIBE!
Reverb is an amazing hotel! It is directly across from the Mercedes Benz and a 5 minute walk from State Farm Arena. We were welcomed in to the hotel with a birthday shot (thank you), great music and our room was lit with lights and the music going when we arrived. We loved the vibe of the lobby and looked forward to the Roof Top bar to finish out our night, but were disappointed that the bar and rooftop bar were closed when we got back to the hotel around midnight. But the hotel itself, the staff, cleanliness were amazing.

These motherf*ckers bumped me out of my room and switched me to a hotel that took twenty minutes to get to causing me to be late to the concert I was in town to attend. The hotel that they switched me to was not comparable and left us needing a roll away bed. A total sh*tshow. F*ck the Reverb!!!!!

Rooms are spacious, clean, and very accommodating. The hairdryer kept tripping the power in the bathroom. We called two days in a row. They said they were having someone come the day we were checking out. I’m sure it’s been resolved.
