The home boasts enough space for 16 people to comfortably enjoy, with 8 beds (1 king, 5 queens, 1 twin, and 1 queen sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, multiple dining tables, and a large deck with a charcoal grill.
**Please note- the garage, basement, and backyard are rented separately and are inaccessible during your stay. The home is private to you.

- Please ensure the grill is cleaned after every use. There is a $100 fine for leaving the grill in disarray.

- The garage, basement, and backyard are currently rented long-term and are inaccessible during your stay. The main 2 floors of the home and deck are private to you; there are no shared spaces.

Lovely Christmas Vacay
My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The check-in instructions were not published on the website or app, so unfortunately, I had to bother the host to get it. Overall, it was a great space—a little older than it looked in the photos, but clean, with great amenities. There was wear & tear of some items & furniture pieces around the house—which I made the host aware of—but nothing that would deter us from enjoying our stay. Knowing there was a permanent tenant in the basement was a little concerning at first. It caused us to be extra cautious, frequently telling different family members (especially the kids) to simmer down. The kids needed to expel their energy and they were disappointed that the backyard was off-limits, per house rules…but they understood & respected the rules. Many thanks to the host for responding to inquiries quickly, and making our stay a memorable one.

Great location. Peaceful neighborhood. Roomy.
Overall a great stay. If you intend to cook a meal while there, be aware that the oven only has 1 rack. Also, it should be pointed out prior to rental that there is exclusive access to limited areas as a permanent tenant has separate access to the basement and backyard. It did not interfere with our stay in the least and we all were safe and felt safe, but some may want to be aware of that ahead of rental. We would certainly rent this property again if the opportunity arises.
