- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Please note that no parties or events are allowed
- The fireplace is not operable, please do not attempt to use it.
- Please ensure the grill is cleaned after every use. There is a $100 fine for leaving the grill in disarray.
- The garage, basement, and backyard are currently rented long-term and are inaccessible during your stay. The main 2 floors of the home and deck are private to you; there are no shared spaces.
