The lady working the desk last night 10/27 was rude was shooting didn't want to go up from lobby area because she was sitting she wouldn't help us and when we asked to buy something she was rude and mean and when we called she was rude. She wouldn't even get up to help other customers she just pointed from the lobby area where she was sitting.

Our bad luck?
We got the room with a balcony, but the balcony was closed off due to maintenance. I'm not sure if we paid extra for the balcony. Then, early in the morning, the construction began, which woke us earlier than we were comfortable with 8:30 a.m. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly, although there were no apologies or warnings about the noisy maintenance outside our balcony window.

The entire staff was kind and helpful. If the person I was talking to did not know the answer to my question they would immediately ask someone else to address the question. I am a non driver and they were able to direct me to where I was trying to get to.

I don't mind keeping the same towels and sheets for 5 days. The one thing I didn't like was nobody came to empty the trash in my room even after I followed the prompt on the sign in the bathroom and politely ask at the front desk.
