Spacious Large Family Home- Pet Friendly with large fenced yard!

Make yourself at home in this lovely 4-bedroom family friendly Kennesaw retreat! Located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough for easy assess to Kennesaw State University and many restaurants and shopping.

There is a large well equipped kitchen that will be sure to please any chefs.

There are 2 living rooms off the kitchen area. One is a smaller quaint sitting room to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The other living room is a spacious open room with a large tv.

There is lovely informal dining room off the kitchen which is open to the living rooms. Or there is a formal dining room for a special family dinner or a great place for cards and family board games.

There are 4 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 full bed, perfect for a group getaway!

The large master bedroom has a king bed and is located on the main floor. The master bathroom has a lovely garden jetted jacuzzi tub and very large walk in closet.

There is also a half bath on the main level.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. (2 Queen beds and one Full bed).

There is a large Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 vanities and one tub/shower for the 3 upstairs bedrooms to share but there is also a bathroom in the finished basement.

Downstairs is a finished basement that is great spot for tv watching or a game of ping pong! There is also an exercise room with a treadmill and some weights.

There is also a bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower. The basement does not have central heat or AC but has a portable heater and this area stays very comfortable year round.

A large fenced yard makes it a great family home for kids or furbabies. When weather permits there is a large outside dining table and Weber charcoal grill.

The home is located in a lovely family neighborhood so no loud parties are allowed. It’s a great walking neighborhood with side walks and a great park nearby.

We highly recommend this house!
The layout is excellent with plenty of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Each bathroom had plenty of towels (including washcloths). There was a nice washer and dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, baking and cooking utensils. The coffee pot was great for both Keurig pods or ground/pot options. The backyard is very large and fully fenced in. We traveled with our dog and enjoyed using the backyard to throw tennis balls. We enjoyed walking our dog through the neighborhood and the street near the house. Lots of sidewalks all around, which was a bonus! This house is close to everything you could need, and though the street nearby is busy, we appreciated the proximity of restaurants and the interstate.Also, the hosts had so many thoughtful touches throughout the house, including fresh flowers and Christmas decorations for our stay. We definitely noticed how much thought and effort went into making this home feel like a vacation home for guests. We would definitely return and have already recommended this house to family!
