Too much bleach

Room and hotel were amazing. The only issue I had was the room smelled like straight bleach. So bad my friend had to use her inhaler. We cracked the doors to let it air out. It was too much but we were only in the room to sleep.

The rudeness of the management of the restaurant is so over the top that it makes the entire hotel significantly worse. The restaurant apparently thinks the entire lobby is theirs if you want to go to the elevator from outside. For those who can’t magically fly and bypass the elevators, it makes it tough to enjoy the rooms

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. It was fun and festive during December. Small things were missed that unfortunately make a difference in one’s stay. The coffee supplies were not refreshed in the room one day, there was no lotion or soap in the room upon check in. Another day water was not placed in the room. One morning we noticed that the floor towels were stained brown from the bathroom floor. Apparently there was a leak in the floor. We reported it but when we returned to our room 10 hrs later the toilet had been taken apart and left that way with tools all over the bathroom. We requested to be moved to another room. The shower was clogged in the new room so had to be moved again. The front desk staff was very receptive to our issues and everyone was very polite and kind. The gym is great. I am sure it was a busy time for the hotel so I would stay here again. Parking is expensive but very convenient.

Amazing Accommodating Staff!

The service was EXCELLENT. I’ve not experienced more friendly, helpful staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated from Christmas and the lobby teeming with people was warm and inviting. The only CON I’d give was the mattress was pretty firm and I had a stiff back the next morning. But I’d love to visit some of their other properties across the country and beyond!
