Our cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment is within walking distance of the Ocean Casino, beach, and boardwalk. The Atlantic Bungalow is located in the Uptown Inlet area of Atlantic City - one of the quietest and most residential parts of town. Come experience our unique and modern minimalist oasis perfect for a small family or a night out with friends. Relax at this unique and cozy tranquil getaway sitting close to all of Atlantic City's greatest attractions!
The Space:
FRONT EXTERIOR:
- The unit is located to the right, on the first floor.
LIVING ROOM:
- Cozy area connected to the kitchen. Features a sofa bed, and a large Smart TV (There is no TV cable, only streaming apps).
DINING:
- There are fold-out tables located in the corner of the living room, or hallway closet.
KITCHEN:
- Kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Drip Coffee Maker
WASHER/DRYER
- The washer & dryer are located in the first-floor hallway of the building. Please be courteous, It is shared amongst renters!
BATHROOMS:
- 1 full bathroom in the hallway.

Each bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.
Guest Access:
ACCESS & ENTRY:
- Guests will have access to the entire unit + washer & dryer in the first floor hallway.
- Please be respectful to the neighbors in the surrounding units.
KEYLESS ENTRY:
- There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code the morning of check-in.
PARKING:
- There is free parking along the whole street, plus directly in front of the building.
- There is also a small parking area behind the building, which is accessible through the street behind; message us for the exact street name!
- We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.
MAIL:
- Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you. However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service.
- Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. Our mail is delivered to a lock box, and unfortunately, we are unable to access it on your behalf. If you do choose to receive any packages, please request that a signature be needed so you can ensure you get your package! Thank you for your understanding.
- We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES:
- Please be considerate of guests in the neighboring units. The property is still located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars.
SECURITY:
- The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
- There are security cameras in the building hallways.
The Neighborhood:
The Atlantic Suites is situated near the Absecon lighthouse and right by our favorite part of town - Gardner’s Basin (check out the AC Aquarium and restaurants!). Beach and boardwalk access within 5 minutes of walking both north and east. Restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.
Getting Around:
We have parking available in the back of the building for your car when you arrive. You can also park right in front of the building where there is plenty of free on-street parking. *When you travel around the city, parking in Atlantic City is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible.

THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!
Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation!
All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:

One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay.
Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc.
**We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.
HOUSE RULES:
A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund:

GENERAL:
Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum!
No prom groups
No bachelor parties
No more than 6 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.)
No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter.
If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.
SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.
PET POLICY:
We only allow dogs for a $150 fee. There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.
CLEANING POLICY:
If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN:
Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
CHECK OUT:
Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100.

We live off-site but are available via text/call/Airbnb messenger 24/7. We have a property manager and maintenance team in place, ready to address any and all of your needs in a timely manner!
