The room was clean and large. The pillows could be better. The mattress was ok. We stayed in a standard king room. We went to see Duran Duran in their theater. The facility was fine but the sound quality was pretty bad. It took me a while to recognize some songs, that i knew very well, due to the sound system / engineering and/or accoutics being poorly calibrated. They really need to revisit the placement of their speakers and the sound quality. There are plenty of dining options and the food was decent at the Dinner Buffet. We had a great breakfast sandwich at Bread & Butter Cafe. I recommend calling the day before check-in to make a reservation at a nicer restaurant since everything was booked solid when we arrived. The self-check in/out on the MGM app is a game changer, particularly on very busy weekends. However the digital key on our phone did not work in the elevator when selecting your floor #. We ended up having to print a room key just for that purpose.

1st time staying over since before covid, also since MGM took over. Was a bit disappointed overall. The spa and couples massage were great, our housekeeper that cleaned our room was awesome, we asked for some extra supplies and she went above and beyond. The MGM app is not helpful when it comes to dining, it is not up to date with what is actually open and closed. We called the front desk to ask if B prime did to go food, they said yes, but when we went down to actually order, the hostess and manager said no, and were a bit rude about it. We ordered breakfast room service, and the food came in to go containers and a bag, again not sure if this is new policy from covid or MGM

I made a reservation on Oct 17th to spend one night on Nov 2nd for my mom's birthday, we arrived at the room and left our luggage, went to the casino on our way back to the room we found bedbugs on the pillow, took some pictures and immediately called guest experience, we waited for 15 minutes for the person who was supposed to go to the room and be able to show what was there and no one came, then we went to check in to show the pictures and let them know the problem, the photos were seen by several people who work there including the manager that night and they offered us another room to which I said no because I wasn't sure it didn't have the same problem. And today they answered me with an email that there was absolutely nothing in the room and that everything was fine, I find it very rude and dishonest that they want to say that I have lied when I have the proof. It is extremely horrible that they lie to people, check your beds well and under them. and the Borgata can keep the room reservation money since that is the only thing that interests them.
