I was charged for parking and I did not have a vehicle. I was there for 8 hours. The gentleman that checked me in was foul mouthed and unavailable 1 hour later when I needed assistance.

They tried to charge my card two days early and then canceled the reservation when my bank flagged it as unusual activity. So two days before our trip we had no where to stay and they didn’t even so much as call to let us know there was an issue with the payment.

I do not recommend this hotel. I normally like staying at Marriot properties but this hotel was awful. The power went out during the day for a bit.. then no water at all for a couple hours. When water came on it was only cold water. We did not have hot water for 2 days. Room had stains on chairs/head board/sheets. Mini fridge was hard to open and would fall off the base. It was so unpleasant being there we checked out one day early. I don’t recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water (which noone told us about in advance as apparently it was a city issue. To top it off, the AC did not work. We let the front desk too but noone came. Really not at the Courtyard brand level. Got no reimbursement or coupon.
