No amenities for the high cost. You have to ask for everything. No coffee make, microwave, ect. In rooms. I had to go to the bellhop to get service. Very inconvenient.

Our room was nice and spacious. View from our ocean view room would’ve been beautiful if not for the stream of bird droppings on the window. Lack of drinking glasses was unusual (there were ‘3’ coffee cups albeit no coffee maker) Not sure what the ‘resort’ fee covered at least could’ve provided bottled water.

I stayed for 2 nights for the Kravitz concert. It was fun to spend Halloween there. Housekeeping forgot a couple details to have upon arrival but I called them and they brought up what I was looking for. It’s nice to have dining options. Having the Starbucks there is good. All staff was friendly. Valet was very courteous and nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay so much. The rooms and the views I enjoyed. Pre checking in I really like. The checking out was so quick, you do it on line and just leave the keys in the box. The second concert I’ve been to this year and I’ll keep coming back. Thanks for a wonderful times

I will definitely stay again. It was my first time back since before the pandemic and the hotel has really hit its stride. The only downside was my room air condition wasn’t working and yesterday was quite warm. I didn’t bother to ask for maintenance but I’m sure they would’ve been on top of it straight away.

The building itself is stunning. The architecture takes my breath away. Amazing views everywhere. Great pool, good restaurants. Good happy hour at the steak restaurant. Our newly renovated room was tastefully decorated.
