The room was clean. To my dismay, when I was checking in, I was told that my credit card would be charged $50 damage deposit. Only to found out, my card was charge $134. I spoke to the manager who apologized for the miscommunication, but I should have been informed of the actual charge to my card. According to the manager, the employee was unaware of how much the computer would charge. Although only a hold, that money is not available to use during that hold period. Unacceptable.

It was close to everything but the garage is not in the same building and a little bit of work is involved to get around, although in a convenient location. Clean rooms, decent. Nice lobby and staff.

A fraudulent charge to my card for falsely stating smoking occurred in the room occupied. I was allowed to check out then check into another room. Yet I allegedly smoked on the first room. The manager even threatened to call the police because I asked him to speak to the housekeeper that service my room. I am very sad about this experience.

Pleasant stay!
Very quick check in. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was only one issue with this stay, and that was with the parking. You have to park in a garage across the street from the hotel. It was a long walk for a person who uses a cane to get around. Overall it was a pleasant stay!
