The room was dirty and smelled like mildew and our door to the room wouldn’t shut unless you lifted it up and slammed it shut. I will Never stay here again. This is the 2nd chance I have and now no more.

We stayed one night. It was fine, the room was spacious and clean. However the keypad on one of the elevators didn’t work and the front desk brushed that off so we had to just wait for someone to come down so we could get on a working elevator. Then in the morning we had no hot water to shower. When I mentioned it on checkout we were told that “they know”.
