It was very dirty I couldn’t even see the ocean from the windows because they haven’t been clean in years, the carpet was super dirty. The hotel was horrible to check in (an hour and a half). The staff was not very helpful in giving us directions on where to go. I'm disabled and use a walker which means I had to try to locate elevators which are NOT clearly marked. Through the process of determining WHICH desk we were to use. I was awful.

It is a pleasure to stay at The Tropicana. The food selection is great. We particularly enjoyed the food and drinks at Cuba Libre restaurant. Can’t wait to revisit!

Tropicana Hotel
Great hotel, lots of amenities, friendly staff. The room we stayed was a little old, it will probably be renovated at some point to match the rest of the hotel.

Everything was clean and very nice The only thing I had problems with is finding my way around No one told us you could catch a bus on other side of boardwalk I guess only problem is I feel the motel should give the guest more info

No towels in the bathroom when we checked in. Tried to get some help and I couldn’t get anyone in the phone. The next day I put a request to have someone clean the room and take the trash out. 4:30 PM and the room was still the same, spoke to someone and was told that the hotel doesn’t clean the rooms on a daily basis
