Fab hotel with really friendly staff
We stayed for 5 nights here and made use of the spa. Roberta who served us breakfast each day was so helpful and friendly. The room had an amazing view over the bay and the spa was relaxing. We would stay again as this is only 10 mins walk into Amalfi via the tunnel and away from the madness of they crowds in Amalfi. Good places to eat in Atrani and a beach.

We initially stayed in a standard room and asked to move because the size was too small and the room amenities were mediocre, bed was hard, pillows were flat, and bathroom was tiny, also seems outdated. We then upgraded to a room with a view and it was night and day. The room and bathroom was spacious and the furnishings were newer. Highly recommend paying for the view and the upgraded rooms but hard to tel what you will get when booking, glad we upgraded made our stay much better.

Beautiful hotel and views. The breakfast was by far the best we’ve had so far in Italy. I would recommend staying in atrani over Amalfi. Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel was gorgeous..a relaxing escape from the crowds. Our room had a balcony, which offered stunning city and sea views. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises & sunsets right from our room. The breakfast buffet was delicious & offered a wide varity of options. The staff was warm and friendly. We had a wonderful stay & are looking forward to visiting again...

We had a great time. The staff were helpful. The location is terrific. It is close to Amalfi without all of the chaos! It is a great launching point to visit the surrounding area, and there are some great restaurants in Atrani.

Carlo was "perfecto'! A/C didn't work for a night so slept with windows open enjoying the nightlife and the bells. Great view, great breakfast, make sure to go to relaxing rooftop.

Service was incredible. We appreciated all staff from Carlo to Giusedpe, all were beyond helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was nice and property very clean! The perfect distance from Amalfi to get away from the noise but the beach is so close!

Carlo was the man. Didn’t speak any English but he will tell you that himself. Helped with bags down stairs. Hotel is great for people looking for leg workout getting to hotel. We had ok experience didn’t ask for much.

Title: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Amalfi Coast 🌅 Staying at Palazzo Ferraioli Hotel & Wellness Center in Atrani was truly a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Amalfi Coast but tucked away from the busier, more crowded areas like Amalfi or Positano. Atrani is a charming, atmospheric village with so much character, and staying here gave us a more authentic, peaceful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with historic touches. The rooms offer stunning views of the sea and the surrounding cliffs, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. What we loved most was how uncrowded it felt compared to other parts of the coast, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you’re looking for a serene getaway in a prime Amalfi Coast location, Palazzo Ferraioli is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

This was the first stop in Italy for myself and my wife on our honeymoon. Everything was perfect and Pepe was our favorite staff member. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and spoke English to help us navigate Atrani/Amalfi. If we ever come back to the coast we will absolutely come back!

Missing PF/Atrani
Palazzo Ferraioli is amazing hotel, in an amazing place. We were in room 501 (Anna) and the views were jaw dropping. We could see the church and town, the beach and sea and the mountains above. This room is on the top floor, on a corner so it allows for two windows, facing east and south. The room was redone beautifully with a high ceiling with cathedral arch (correct term?). The big bath was a fun novelty but I would have liked a few drawers for clothes. And the shower drained slowly. But the bedroom suite was comfortable, new and clean. The entire hotel is spotless and Carlo is always ready to help. His quick actions actually got us to our ferry on time when there was a mixup with the driver. If they say he’s in front of the restaurant, go to the beach side, not the plaza side. Atrani is stunning and PF hotel is only about 100 stairs up from Plaza Umberto. Google sent us the wrong way and added a lot of stairs. I’m including a picture for the correct staircase from Plaza Umberto. There is another staircase that leads to PF from the beach side. We spoke one afternoon for some time with the woman behind the counter. I don’t have her name but when we asked how our room got its name it sparked a conversation about Italian film and social media attention spans. She was wonderful and speaks English better than she believes. I wish we’d stayed six days at PF instead of 3 in Atrani and 3 in Naples.

We cannot say enough great things about our stay! The hotel was close to Amalfi amd has its own little beach as well (One side for renting chairs and umbrellas, the other side you you can bring your own.) Everything is walkable and there is a long term parking garage about 10 min walk from there. They dont have a parking lot for the hotel but they do provide two people phone numbers the hotel trusts to park your car for you.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from Amalfi port. The view from the room was perfect!! We loved our time there.
