They lost all record of my reservation through expedia. I had to make another reservation at the last minute at a higher rate on my card. There was no o ternet available in my room for all three days. No i ternet ot tv in the entire motel for a full day. Staff was absolutely not helpful

The rooms are very clean, nice and comfortable. Not the greatest area of town with an empty mall and several other closed businesses nearby but a great value for the money and a clean comfortable hotel room.

Unfortunately behind a closed Red Lobster, so the approach to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It’s not anything quality inn can do short of buying the property.

I went there at 8am to put my name on early check in. They said they would call around noon most likely. They never called and when I went there at 4pm they said yeah we are too busy to do that. Bugs all over the room I had to go around and catch and get rid of. Got multiple bites.
