Looks rather plain from the outside, but once inside, everything is up to date and spotless. Service at reception was friendly, cordial, and efficient. Room had comfortable bed, functional kitchenette, spotless ensuite, and everything was in excellent condition. Location is reasonably convenient to the Auckland airport and very convenient to the Southern Motorway, with access to the Auckland CBD and north shore, and south to Manukau and Hamilton. Good value for price paid.

Had a lovely overnight stay, was convenient and handy to why were there in Otahuhu for. Room was just right and had met our basic needs. Overall a great motel with friendly FOH staff. Will definitely go back.

The spa bath was awesone. The host excellent suggesting night market Comfortable beds The noiseproofing was nil Could hear a very noisy family who was not mindful of others until 2.30am. Cant contol others sadly.

Crap stay
They putvus in a room, i walked in and could not go fully in as there were fumes (evidently airfreshner) that cause my lungs to garsp, my son said it felt like he was breathing down powder it was really bad!! I told them so they put me in a room that was so so crapy i said i couldnt stay in it they got snotty and put me in a room that had a queen and one single.. we had booked a two room for 5 people.. she was rude there was no way she would compensate for the downsize.. my son didnt even want to stay as said it creeped him out. He went home to Tauranga at mignight and i cancelled other two people staying so just my hubby and i stayed.... all my clothes stink of the smell that was through all hotel but at a lower level .. she hardly looked at me leaving or asked how we got on.. tital rip off tge cost i wanted to go home at mid night too but had dog sitters staying
