Very quiet. There are only 8 units and no staff except house keeper in the day. Check in is at 3:00 pm so we had to store our luggage.

Very modern, new boutique accommodation; good security and very nice facilities. Had a fault with TV, but management was quick to offer a solution. Will definitely choose to stay here again!

Gem in Auckland
This is our go to stay in Auckland! The location is excellent, and convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with free parking which is rare in this central location. The rooms are new, clean and well presented. Theres no fault in this place. Love the complimentary snacks. Would return here again and again

Great stay in Ponsonby
Amazing experience! Great communication with the host, clear instructions to get access to property. Loved that the property was very new,clean and comfortable. Included the free carpark and complimentary snack basket. Price was great too, will definitely return!
