Booked this room as it shows on the web site that it over looks the rose gardens but I got to look at construction beams and a tree. Little disappointed in the over sell on the website.

Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest. If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end.

Great location just off Tamaki Drive and only a few minutes walk from Spark Arena. We had a standard queen room which had been newly renovated. Very reasonable price for 2 nights.

Great value for money, great location for going to something at Spark arena which is easy to get to from there, the Rose Gardens are always nice, it's quiet, free parking, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the renovations have made a big difference. Have stayed before and will be back.
