Wasn’t very nice place to stay the parking is absolutely shocking unless you go into a parking building that cost so much we were told lies about costs room wasn’t the nice and bed was hard and springs poked out

The receptionist was sour and not welcoming. One of the lifts were not working so we waited in a queue for 10 minutes to get to our floor. The room layout was great with generous sizes rooms and a good view. The balustrade on the deck was frighteningly wobbly. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and uncleared and there were dirty dishes in the cupboards. The couch was dirty brown on arms and bathroom skirting and walls were dusty and had grime splatters on them. The footpath access outside was uneven and dangerous with construction work.

The road works are the main problem, area out side the building the looking dirty and dilapidated and businesses and other building are showing the signs of needing a tidy and refresh. The value offered meant I was happy but not sure I would bring my family to stay, which I was planning.

The noise was horrendous. People yelling a bottle smashing throughout the night. Like the place the location and the staff, but after a year of roadworks,we’re done.
