Nice and easy location, good price.
Only downside is the room wasnt very soundproof so could hear people in the hall opening and closing doors, especially the stairwell door.
Furniture in rooms getting worn out. Beds clean and comfortable WiFi terrible. One old chair behind a desk you could not move not ideal for a couple

Local parking options have height limits, no good for utes. Bathrooms run down and need some TLC.
Thank you for the Filipino staff serving in the bar and dining area every morning (sorry I forgot your name), she’s very accommodating and help above and beyond. ♥️
Staff were excellent. Our first room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the tv was glitching so internet was poor. The front desk found several other comparable rooms that night and eventually upgraded us to the suite the following day which was excellent. The entire staff were pleasant and accommodating. Daily restaurant credit and happy hour was a bonus. This is an excellent location vicinity in downtown auckland and they had a washer/dryer for guests in the lower level which was perfect for our longish stay here. Thank you Copthorne staff!!
It was close and a short walk to CBD which was great after a six hour drive to Auckland.
The staff were great and breakfast was delicious.
The rooms were a bit dated but they were clean, and comfy beds. We just needed somewhere nice to stay for the night and the Copthorne was just right.
