We booked a room for 3 people and were given a room for two, with only one bed and nowhere for our teenager to sleep. luckily they had one room left with an extra bed. But they charged us an extra $80 for this and $100 deposit all at check-in. The room came with a credit voucher for food and drink but the hotel didn’t know anything about this and blamed Expedia. We are still waiting for compensation for this but we received a refund for the $80 after a week of correspondence. I’m 53 and haven’t had an experience like this in my life. Lesson learnt, we won’t use them again. Breakfast was nice though.
