The Horizon was lovely. It was quiet and the service was excellent. The parking was a little tricky having to park across at Skycity, navigate a couple of lifts and walk through the Sky bridge to get back to the Horizon, but that become easy enough after a couple of days. The pillows were very big and uncomfortable and the polyester duvet inner felt quite cheap. But the beds were very comfortable! Overall would recommend.

Lovely hotel and amenities in the heart of the CBD (city center.) Lots to see and do. Great city! Great hotel. If you eat breakfast at the hotel, consider getting a package that includes breakfast. The buffet is lovely but pricey.

The room was incredibly nice and the staff was so helpful. We also had dinner at Cassia (a connected restaurant - you can walk to all three hotels through sky bridges) and it was delicious.
