The hotel needs a better detailed direction to take the shuttle bus from the airport to hotel..and include a map where the shuttle bus stop located.. Also, the 24hr restaurant may need a better trained chief.. The service is great, but the food need some improvement.. unlike in Taiwan.. and being a large hotel chain..a little bit more of better dishes(seasoning,, etc) .. The plates were well presented.. but taste was ok.. but just a little disappointing considering it is a large hotel restaurant.. Otherwise,, everything else was great..
