The room was nice - well-furnished, clean, and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. However, I was annoyed to have to pay a deposit/bond upon check-in. It felt unnecessary and added an extra step to the check-in / check-out process. Additionally, I was charged a surcharge for using my credit card, which was disappointing.

Great location in the middle of the city so easy to walk everywhere. Loved the option to not have the room cleaned each day and get a credit on food. Room service was very quick and delicious.

Location to restaurants and shops is great. A little hilly if you’re unfit but otherwise really convenient. Car parking is a little tricky and costs a bit per day but that’s the price you pay to stay in the heart of the city.
