Had a lovely stay , helpful staff , convenient area for getting around and having the cafe onsite is a nice spot for breakfast and coffee, would definitely stay again.
We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The 2 bedroom units are perfect for our family and a great price. The Hotel is handy to Auckland CBD and Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell shops, restaurants and the Parnell Cathedral. Some of the units are a bit dated but it looks like the hotel are working through an upgrade. All units we have been in have been clean and comfortable and staff have been very helpful.
Very nice unit. Quite spacious and evwe needed. Very hany to city and newmarket. A lovely finner at ghe restaurant. Would definitely stay when next in auckland

Nice comfortable bed. No electric blankets though. Quite a lot of noise from the upstairs units. No power points working in the bedroom and one of the lights not working.

We were disappointed at the tired and outdated room. We were expecting more from a 4 star hotel. We were also expecting a balcony and it was tiny.
Love the 2-bedroom family apartment. Perfect for our family. Friendly staff. Great service. We have stayed before and we already have another booking in September. Don't tell anyone though cause the rooms will all be booked out. Very handy to central city, motorways and public transport
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s handy to the city with good transport available if needed. The rooms are always very clean, staff are pleasant and helpful. Parking onsite is a plus. Lovely parks nearby for walking.
Family visit Auckland to go to Disney on Ice. Hotel is close to Spark Arena and on the bus route to the venue. Very handy. We booked 2 bedroom apartment which is great for our family. Went out for dinner after the show and bussed back up to Parnell and then walked to the Hotel.
