The property was cheap enough, and clean, but the bed was one of the more uncomfortable you will have in a hotel. It was well worn with no comfort. I like a firm bed, but this was beyond firm - it was worn out. Check-in was a bit random. The Ts and Cs to sign where not readable as the printer wasn't working but they insisted I sign it anyway (which I did, because who reads the Ts and Cs anyway), but overall tardy. Happy hour in the little bar was good. A genuine happy hour with discounted drinks.

The Philippine staff contributed greatly to the overall success of the hotel. Their welcoming attitude and kind helpful attitude made the stay a great pleasure. They when out of their way to ensure that the guests were well taken care of. They are a true asset to this fine hotel.

Wonderful staycation
Wonderful labour weekend staycation at The Quadrant. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Our room was on the 21st floor with a lovely view. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. Shout out to Bella for all the assistance.😊

Great stay. The hallway on the 12th floor smelt like sewage in the morning. Staff was great except for the night staff member who looked like he didn't really want to help one of the people staying at the hotel to go down to level 4 to get his car. Overall it was a good experience. Also I needed to charge my phone but none of the USB ports on the lamps in the rooms worked so I couldn't use my mobile phone.

Worst stay ever
The room was dirty. In the wardrobe is a white pages from 2021 the plastic cover is falling apart. Bathroom was terrible. Soap dispenser had fallen of the wall and was just left on the side of the sink. Body wash empty. There was still tooth paste spit from last person. When I said something I was told , that is not that bad. They are fully booked and nothing could be done. And the woman was putting words in my mouth. I felt so disrespected. As a single woman travelling I was made feel very unwelcome.

We had a one bedroom apartment, which was very nice and had a great view. A few niggles though. 1. I tried to do some washing and the dryer didn’t work, leaving us with wet clothes. 2. The door between the bedroom and sitting area didn’t close. 3. There were no plugs in either sink.
