Das Monate zuvor gebuchte Zimmer war nicht verfügbar, da es scheinbar anderen Gästen überlassen wurde. Nach 45 min Diskussion erhielten wir ein kleineres Zimmer. Eine sehr ärgerliche Erfahrung.

Lieber Stephan, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns zu bewerten. Wir bedauern zu lesen, dass Sie trotz unsren Bemühungen weiterhin unzufrieden waren. Bedauerlicherweise waren unsere Zimmer mit Parkplatz Blick bereits alle vergeben, weswegen Sie vermutlich nur noch unser Standardzimmer buchen konnten. Hier hatten wir nur noch unser Französisches Queensize Bett für Sie. Versuchen Sie beim Nächstem Besuch Bestimmte Kategorie von den Zimmer zu buchen. Wir hoffen Sie kommen wieeder nach Augsburg . Sie sind herzlich wilkommen in unserem Hotel nochmal.

Das Personal war sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Zimmer sauer und gut bis auf die Matratze die für uns viel zu weich war. Zu Fuss in die Altstadt ca. 5 Minuten.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip nach Augsburg. Liegt gleich neben einem Einkaufszentrum und nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker!

La chambre était impeccable et beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner. Proche du centre d'Augsbourg. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Jederzeit wieder !!!

Ideal gelgen um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Modern und farblich gut abgestimmt. Frühstücksbuffet fein und reichhaltig. Preis/Leistung überzeugend.
