Paid for 2 people on the hotels.com website and the hotel said we only paid for 1 . Would let us leave until we paid again. First room had sewage come up the shower second room had a mold smell. The staff was nice until checkout. There is very little parking

I was a little worried about orevious comments but our experience has been great. We are gear with our two teenage kids and the apartment is small but well designed. Previous comments about the shower are valid but it is manageable. Out main goal is to allow our teenagers to sleep while their dad is snoring and the separate bedrooms we had worked perfectly. It is a tight fit but the name is cocoon so we expected to be a little cozy! Great customer service at check in!

Checked in around 6 pm. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Spoke English well enough. She gave me a nice room on the third floor. Relatively spacious. Came with a kitchenette which I didn't use. Checked out around 8 am. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient--no hassles. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate. Very good selection of breads, cereals, meats and egg dishes.

Wir waren schon öfters hier.Das Hotel hat ordentliche unspektakuläre Zimmer (selbst die Suiten sind schön gross aber eher unspektakulär) Es ist aber alles sauber, die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und das Frühstück ist einfach hervorragend . Eines der Besten in den Hotels in Augsburg

Pulizia buona, colalazione ottima, personale di servizio competente, purtroppo una nota negativa riguardo il riscaldamento che in camera 4° Piano non superava i 17 gradi, questo in Gennaio 2024 con temperatura esterna dai -4,5° ai -8°.

Hotel nei pressi della periferia di Augsburg... Molteplici i servizi all'interno della struttura tra cui sala fitness, solarium, ristorante, bar.. Purtroppo sulla terrazza la vasca jacuzzi è inutilizzabile da circa tre/quattro mesi c'è solo la sauna... Al mattino colazione incredibile c'è di tutto e di più.. All'ingresso c'è una sala giochi con biliardo e ping pong... Con annessa Saletta internet... Personale molto gentile e servizievole ...servizio di portineria 24 su 24..qualita' prezzo ottimo... Esperienza da ripetere

Eher 3*... die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr altmodisch, auf dem Fotos sieht es viel moderner aus. Pluspunkt war die Miniküche in Zimmer, kostenlose Spielmöglichkeiten und neben Rezeption in die Gästetoaltte gibts Deospray, Haarlack und Handkreme. Die Staßenbahn ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Frühstück um 10 Uhr wahr sehr mager... 2 Scheiben Wurst, und ein paar Käsescheiben, Kaiserschmarrn sehr trocken und nur paar Würfel übrig gewesen. Wenig Brötchen... Um 10.45 wenn wir gegangen sind war alles aufgefüllt...Personal ist nett und freundlich.

Das Zimmer hatte bereits seine besten Jahre hinter sich war aber dennoch recht gemütlich. Auch Tee und Kaffee war am Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eines der besten was wir bisher hatten und ich reise viel. Tolle Auswahl und sehr lecker. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden und kostenfrei.
