This property has a relaxed vibe and staff are friendly. So pretty looking out onto the St Lawrence River. Clean rooms and ours had a nice corner fireplace. Breakfast was included. Enjoyed our stay

I really like this place.
This was my 4th time here i think over the yrs. I'm drawn to the views of the water, the covered porches, the area, the proximity to cross the border for a little shopping at Walmart, and the owners of Dewars are so very nice. However i'm not sure if i don't understand but...no one came to make beds, empty waste baskets or bring fresh towels. I inquired at the office and to get some towels, night 3, the gentleman was very courteous and said he appreciated letting them know. I felt bad having to ask and kind of complain as i really enjoy this place.

Fantastic property right on the river. Great view, peaceful. Fully equipped cabin (we had #19 - the clubhouse), very spacious, functional, great place for 4 people to spend weeks in if they want. The setting is beautiful, great place to enjoy a good book and tons to do around. Only suggestion: breakfast selection could be improved. Add bacon to the menu. Espresso instead of drip coffee. Bacon. Scrambled eggs. Waffle maker instead of Eggo's. Higher quality bread. Did I mention bacon?? However the person who looks after breakfast is absolutely charming and wonderful and there are breakfast alternatives (or just cook your own)
