From the volcano of Etna, in Noto, to Syracuse to the fish market of Catania in Taormina. If you want a few minutes by road you will find a center called Brucoli where there are many restaurants specializing in cooking fish. the owner is a skilled cook who on request could cook for you in perfect Sicilian style.
