Downstairs has an updated kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, a large walk-in pantry, & desk area. The breakfast table has seating for six. The sunroom leads to the backyard & patio. Home offers a large living room, office/sitting room, & dining room that seats up to eight, as well as a half-bath. There are TVs in all bedrooms as well as the living room, office/sitting room, & kitchen. The house is located on a quiet street between two cul-de-sacs & offers privacy. A recent addition was made to the driveway to provide more parking and easier drop-off for patrons. Golf & amenities offered in the neighborhood.
