Wedding Trip
The property was amazing, very relaxing, and peaceful. Each morning and evening, we saw deer and different types of birds. The house was well-furnished with all the kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping supplies needed to make the visit for 8 adults an easy transition from home. The only issue we had was that the power outlets in the middle bathroom did not work, but I'm sure it's an easy fix. It was a great location close to HEB, restaurants, distilleries, and the top reason: the wedding venue. We would 100% stay here again if we return to Dripping Springs.

Weekend Hideaway
Our stay was a very enjoyable weekend. Owner provided very detailed and accurate directions and access information in advance. All communication with her was immediately answered and resolved. House was large, nicely furnished and beautiful view. Everything you would expect was there and the view and grounds were better than described. Had daily visits by deer and sunsets spectacular. Would stay here again without question. Thanks Sushni for a great weekend for me my family.

Great central location to stay for Wedding nearby in Dripping Springs. Beds were comfortable and home was spacious inside and out. We enjoyed the wrap around porch and deer that would come by. Kitchen fully stocked and bathrooms size made getting ready easy.

Nice retreat
The gravel road leading to the property was a little intimidating the first time heading to the house. However, once we were familiar, it became easy breezy. The home is lovely. The rooms are all spacious and the beds are comfy. The owners stocked the home very nicely which made the stay even better knowing they had just about everything we needed. We didn’t get to use the wrap a wrap around porch much because we had wedding activities all weekend but it was a nice feature of the house. Host was very quick with communications.

Hill Country Ranch House
This place perfect for the groomsmen headquarters for my brother’s wedding. Located near several venues in the surrounding area, it was a great place for us to relax and get ready before the wedding. Plenty of space, great views and beautiful surrounding property. Large enough for our group and a neat location!

Peaceful property
This property is secluded but not far from the city. It is close to the wedding venue we attended. It is very quiet and deer came to graze in the mornings and evenings. It is very clean and roomy. Beautiful rental!

Wedding weekend
•Communication with the owner (Sushni) was great from the time we reserved until the day we checked out. •Perfect location to the venue my daughter used for her wedding. •The driveway is easy to miss, especially at night. The addresses are not in sequential order. •An easy climb to the top of the hill (location of the house). However, it is a rocky/gravel road with a couple of tight curves. We were still able to navigate with a truck, a sedan and a truck pulling a trailer. •The property is beautiful and mostly very quiet. However, some warehouse type buildings have been built below the property (on the back side of the house). •We saw a few dear and one stray kitten. •We used the A/C for 2 nights and the heater 1 night. Both worked well and kept the house comfortable. •The beds in the loft were only made with sheets. We found a couple of light blankets in a cabinet, but could use something heavier for those really cold nights. •The kitchen had everything we needed. •The bathrooms had plenty of towels, hand soap and even some shampoo in the showers. •There is a full bathroom upstairs, located in the bedroom. 2 more full baths downstairs. •I would definitely stay here again and hope to enjoy more time relaxing on the wrap around porch.

Perfect wedding rehearsal dinner house
We rented this lovely home to host an outdoor rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding in Nov. 2020. The alley of trees with pre-strung lights overhead was the perfect setting for our dinner party of 60! A local rental company provided the tables, chairs, linens and tableware. An Austin restaurant catered. There's even an electric plug out under the trees where we could set up a boom box to provide background music. The large deck was perfect as a cocktail area and for the buffet line. And the wrap-around lighted porches gave us a great backup plan in case the weather hadn't cooperated and we'd needed to move the tables under cover! But everything worked out, and it was magical! And way more intimate and special than had we been at a restaurant - which was virtually impossible at that point in the pandemic anyway. Our family was also very comfortable staying in the home for the wedding weekend, as it was very convenient to the wedding venue in Dripping Springs. Great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. And plenty of space to hang out together safely. I highly recommend this lovely home for anyone visiting the Hill Country who wants a memorable family get away, reunion or special event. The host couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too!

Fabulous Hill Country home
This house was perfect for our after wedding brunch. The home is comfortable and the long kitchen counter was perfect for serving brunch. Upstairs area was great for tv watching and the upstairs bedroom was perfect for our family member who needed to work and do Zoom calls — private and quiet. The hammock and deck furniture were great and the lights in the trees added such a nice touch. The covered porch all around the house was our backup rain plan. Great responsive owner. Really a beautiful location.

RANCH GETAWAY
We stayed at this ranch because it was handicapped accessible, while the doors to the bathrooms are a little tight it is doable. The owner of this property is very responsive with questions. The home is a good size with a large porch and large outdoor green area. There is a well stocked kitchen, lots of extra bedding, stacks of clean towels and a updated washer and dryer. In the morning deer would be outside feeding along with other wildlife. The house is setback from the road so very little noise from the road. The one drawback is the internet is extremely slow. Since we were there for family it didn’t bother us. The upstairs TV is also broken so the kids were disappointed they couldn’t play the PlayStation on the TV. If you need a home for a family reunion or wedding or any other large group gathering this is the perfect home. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Everything with the property is as advertised and pictured. Beautiful, quiet setting for a family wedding in the area. Only comment: not well suited for people with limited mobility. Downstairs bathroom doorways are all too narrow for rolling walker/wheelchairs - not ADA compliant

The perfect getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Ranch at Bell Springs. It is a perfect place for a quiet getaway in the Hill Country or a party. We have had 2 rehearsal dinners for family weddings and have nothing but positive praise for the facility and the owners who have been so accommodating. We will come back for sure!
