The hotel was a great choice for watching the Formula 1 race in Austin. Comfortable and very clean room, kind staff, and next to a deli store that is open 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Upon check in the First Lady was super nice and able to answer all our questions. When it gets dark, just know you are beside a run down motel full of questionable people. The Valero within walking distance is super over priced and half the items I looked at were expired. When we returned to the hotel post show the lady at the front was a new face and rude. They have a “snack” area and everything is “three” dollars and while waiting to purchase the items the clerk was helping another family and when it was our turn, I asked about walk in rate and why I paid over 2x more than the customer she just helped. I asked if the prior clerk had informed me of policy for payment and I was met with sheer attitude. I got my items and went to my room. At 330am the man across the hall starting beating on his door so loud that it woke us up. My husband attempted to check out there and the man entered the room screaming profanity at the other occupant. All night the toilet flushes and you can hear every single door close. Upon checkout, another new face however she was the most helpful and caring. I explained some of the situation and the staff had empathy for the situation and hopefully checked on the room across from us. I will never use hotels.com again nor will I ever stay at this motel again. Absolutely disgusting.
