This recently remodeled home has 4 bedrooms (3 in the main house & 1 in the guest house) and 4 bathrooms (3 in the main house and 1 in the guest house) and can sleep 10 guests. This backyard is a dream for all your Austin nights during your stay. Sit back in Ziggy's hot tub or beside the fire pit under live oak trees and let rest wash over you. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

Friends reunion
We were looking for a fun place in a quiet neighborhood close to a lot of great stuff and this property fit the bill. Hot tub was very nice. Within walking distance of good food and music. Able to get downtown easily for outdoor activities. Nice big central room for drinking coffee and playing games. Also nice to have a small separate residence outback for one couple. Three different bedrooms in the main house gave everyone a chance for privacy when needed.

Great place to stay
This house is so cute! We chose this house for our bachelorette party to stay at and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 people. I do think there should be a door in the largest bedroom between the shower and the bed area, though. Especially if 2 people are staying in there that don’t usually share that type of space together. The location is great, very walkable. The hot tub is fun. Plenty of trash bags and toilet paper/paper towels were provided. Checkout was super easy and there wasn’t a huge laundry list of tasks to complete before leaving. I hope to stay here again!

Each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus to this great location. House was located within walking distance of great bars and restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Great spot to stay with friends
The location is phenomenal, walkable to all of South Congress and cheap Ubers to the rest of the city. Pack a sound machine or ear plugs, the house is loud and you can hear everything from other rooms, but the beds were comfy and everything was clean! Cute decor, could use a little more seating in the main living room and I wish The hot tub could be hotter, but all in all a perfect spot for a girls weekend

Great Location and Beds - Other Details Lacking
This quirky house has a great location (really cannot get much better) and comfortable mattresses. Those two details go a long way in my book, but there were some less than stellar details you may want to consider when booking this property: First, communication with the property manager was poor. She would respond to texts, but nothing was ever done about the two issues we reported. You cannot shower in the backhouse without setting off the fire alarm, which is unreachable due to the high ceilings, so you are stuck listening to it blare for ~30 minutes. We called the property manager about it, never heard back. The hot tub is not well-maintained. The water turned green by Day 3 and the temperature could not be controlled and stayed at ~96-99 degrees the entire visit. We contacted the property manager, we never heard back. The curtains don't actually cover the huge sliding doors. Anyone could walk into the backyard and peer at you while you are sleeping. We had to hang up towels to try and get a bit of privacy. The sliding doors are dangerous - they are incredibly heavy (my mother couldn't even open them) and will slide shut on their own once opened - scary. The lighting is poor and there is not enough seating in the living area to gather comfortably, strange given the listed house capacity. In summary, I would consider somewhere else if you have young children (0-12) with you, but this place is fine for adults if you are OK with the issues above.

Perfect spot for family gathering
Great location, just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants on hip S Congress Ave. And Freddo ATX is a gem of a cafe, just across the street from an awesome low-frills supermarket. House has great space both indoors and out. Three bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house PLUS the rear house with another living space, sleeping area and bathroom. Hot tub was clean and hot, surrounded by a spacious porch with strong lights. Would definitely return.

Perfect Stay for a Girl's Weekend/Bachelorette Party

There are 3 bedrooms and they claim a fourth with a separate entrance. However, a bedroom would have a closet so that you can unpack your clothing. Two of the "bedrooms" did not have a closet and none of the bedrooms had any drawers to unpack clothing. Who wants to live out of suitcases?? The mattresses were very uncomfortable and some of the pillows smelled horribly. The rugs were dirty and a shower curtain had mildew stains. The house felt old and worn. The house sleeps 8, but there is not enough seating for more than 4 people in the living room. There is not sufficient lighting, but maybe that's intentional so you don't see how lousy the place is. The home is NOT conducive for a family with young children. All of the dishes are open and reachable. Also, the outside deck does not have a railing and there is a 3 foot drop, making it dangerous for young children. There was an antiseptic smell in the room with the separate entrance. Also, the lock did not work and could not be locked from inside or outside, creating an unsafe situation. The hot tub had an odor and the filters had not been cleaned for weeks, until we complained about it. The management company responded to issues, albiet slowly. The lock was never fixed. All in all, other than the wonderful location, we were incredibly disappointed in this rental. Spend your money elsewhere! This property is not worth anywhere near what they charge.

Overall the property was good for what we needed for a girls trip. Amazing location, close to everything Austin has to offer. Bed/linens were clean and property was clean. The casita was a bit musty / dusty. Biggest feedback was there's not enough seating in the main house for larger groups of people. Also the door to the outside was nearly impossible to slide open.

Great experience! The hot tub was very nice in the cold weather. Appreciated having bathroom for every bedroom and plenty of towels for every room. The dining table was nice and big where we could all eat at once and play board games. Everything was clean and well cared for and beds were very comfortable too. The guest house was a little drafty but able to keep warm even on coldest nights after we figured out how to use the heater in there. Good amount of parking and backyard area for kids to play. Close access to downtown, grocery store, and many good restaurants. This was perfect rental for our stay to visit Austin’s trail of lights.

The space is gorgeous and designed really well. My group came for a work trip and were able to all have our own rooms and bathrooms, cook and enjoy wine at night, and we had more than enough room to take online meetings and coworkers together.

Great location and nice layout
We enjoyed our 4 night stay for my daughter’s wedding. We had 7 adults and we liked having 4 bathrooms and the bedrooms spaced out so we all had plenty of privacy. The towels were plentiful and the beds comfortable. It was sparkly clean and their were plenty of supplies like Saran Wrap, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc. Its not a well built house, with inexpensive finishings and construction, but it does have an Austin cool vibe in how it’s decorated and the lightening was great for pictures. It was in the 90s and humid and the air conditioning worked great!! We were close to all of our events over the weekend.
