Absolutely love it here!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by super friendly valet staff. The front desk clerk was just as warm and helpful. Everyone we met was so friendly. The hotel has a really cool boutique vibe. It was sold out while we were there, but it never felt crowded or chaotic. We stayed in a cozy queen room that was spacious and clean. Our window looked out over the beautiful pool area and Rainey Street. Rainey Street is lined with food trucks, bars, and restaurants that you can walk to. We were here for business and had to stay an extra night. They made it super easy and painless to extend our stay. Many hotels make you switch rooms, but this one didn’t, which we greatly appreciated! Special shoutout to Jessica from the lobby bar area. Literally the sweetest person in Austin! We will definitely be back!

These folks get it

The staff is absolutely amazing. Was coming into town to celebrate a partner’s birthday (which was mentioned to staff as I was trying to make room changes, coordinate deliveries, etc ahead of time) and could not believe how ‘white glove’ the collaboration and service was from them. I have no status with this hotel or its parent and they made me feel like the most important guest in the building. Complimentary cake and wine sent to the room unannounced! The room was spotless, property was in perfect shape and well designed, and the location can’t be beat. You’re right on Rainey so you’re either a walk or a short commute to anything you’re after in Austin. I’m a guest for life anytime I’m headed to ATX.
